Rachelle George

I have been a performer my whole life starting with indigenous song and dance. I won a certificate for modeling classes at age 15 at New Image College of fine arts then I went on to study acting at New Image. I received a scholarship to attend and have my Performing Arts Diploma. I landed my first agent Murray Gibson at The Characters at 19. After audition after audition I realized as an indigenous woman that the role I wanted to play is inside my heart and mind. I was inspired to become a filmmaker and never looked back. There is a joy in writing and directing! I studied filmmaking at the Bosa Centre at Cap U. On set I understand how to work with actors since I've studied acting for years at the Actors Foundry with Matthew Harrison. Life is a voyage ,and it lead me to storytelling.
