Mirabai Alexander

Extensive musical background with Grade 8 Piano (Conservatory Canada), Theory 3 (Conservatory Canada), guitar, banjo. Student lead of a Youth Choir for 4 years and a decade of practice in vocal harmonization informally. I have collaborated as lead vocalist and guitar for Sagebrush Steppe Band in Buffalo Wyoming (folk, blues) in 2017, and Sustainability Bluegrass Band in Halifax 2017-2018. Having written many songs focusing on conservation and sustainability I aim to share knowledge in creative and humorous lyrics. In 2018 I contributed the music for several conservation videos about old-growth forests, bats, and turtle species at risk.
