Jill Macdonald

Books and films have been my two fascinations. The difference between fact and truth, point of view and the end goal are the stuff of life. Working out stories as a writer allows me to discover and understand the world; as an editor, I learn from others. Being the lead writer at Arc'teryx Equipment pushed me to develop strong narrative skills in many forms, culminating in the breakthrough cultural journal, Lithographica. With a background in fiction and a lifetime of travel and outdoor adventures in BC, I have learned to listen, observe and appreciate that every person and every place holds the potential for a riveting story. My goal is to continue this investigation, wherever it leads me.
