Joe Pinheiro

I was Creative Manager at Polygram/Universal music publishing in 93-98. Started phreeagent creative in 2000, a creative company managing and promoting artists. I managed the Ace Film Company in Vancouver producing television commercials for clients like IKEA and BC Tourism. I then started video editing and started OCEAN MEDIA with a local filmmaker. Now I run the film department at Sproing Creative in the Okanagan as a writer/producer/director and Editor. My goal is to continue growing our film department by creating world class videos for our clients.
