Synopsis

Heartsong is a dramatic, heartwarming story based on true events that takes us on a journey through the eyes of a loving granddaughter into the heartache and humor of one woman’s struggle with Alzheimer’s Dementia. Our story follows Jessica Rae, an ordinary girl who dreams of life as a Show Jumper; but when her grandma is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Jessica’s perfectly-planned life takes a turn as she falls into the role of a full-time caregiver. In the midst of her struggle, she unintentionally captivates the heart of Scott Ryder. Scott is a free spirit who sees life as a spontaneous adventure! He becomes a charming source of inspiration to Jess as he challenges her to step out of her comfort zone, escape her dependency on her own plans and discover the pure adventure in everyday life!
