Sima Saxena

I live on Vancouver Island, BC and grew up watching Bollywood movies. While I loved to sing/act, but I put that desire aside to raise a family and put food on the table. In 2016, I won the Mrs. Vancouver Island pageant. In 2023, I got a chance to perform publicly where I sang an ode to my mother before a panel of celebrity judges like Howie Mandel, Lilly Singh, Trish Stratus and Kardinal Offishall and a live studio audience on Canada’s Got Talent. I have acted in few indie films. For the last few years, I have been hosting a radio program called Bollywood India on a community radio station called CFUV 101.9FM. I have written a screenplay and hoping to make indie short/feature films. I have written few songs and also taking acting/improv classes.
