Brendan Prost

Brendan Prost (he/him) is an actor-turned filmmaker from Calgary, currently based in Vancouver. He has directed several short films, music videos, and web series that have screened at major international and Oscar-qualifying film festivals like the Edinburgh International Film Festival, Rhode Island International Film Festival, Vancouver International Film Festival, and Inside Out - Toronto LGBT Film Festival. His online premieres include Omeleto, The Directors Notes, and The Queer Network where his short Loretta’s Flowers has more than 3million views. Brendan graduated with distinction from SFU's School for the Contemporary Arts, is an alumni of the Directors’ Lab at the Canadian Film Centre, and recently completed his MFA in Film and Creative Writing at UBC.
