Anne Isabelle Leonard

I am the co-founder of the Outdoor Artist Collective (OAC), a non-profit organization working to promote the vital role of art in redefining our relationship to the environment since 2019. Based in Terrace, BC, we nurture a community of artists inspiring & empowering long standing collective action through their practice. Our activities gather, connect & empower artists & communities from around the world, building a growing repertory of strong artist-leaders practicing at the intersection of art & socio-environmental engagement. As an individual, I am an interdisciplinary artist with a BFA from Concordia University in Fine Arts (with focus on 2D media, photography and video art) and a DEC in Arts, Litterature and Communications (With a high focus on media, cinema)
