I am a self taught cook that spent 10 years in the restaurant industry. Aside from being a mom and wife, being a cook is one of my most treasured attributes. Any moment of free time is spent reading about food and testing out recipes and techniques. I have the pleasure of being able to access all sorts of locally grown produce which has only made my obsession and passion thrive. My goal is to provide families and community members resources for food security, sustainability and overall comfort. Food is love. Food is medicine. Food is community.
