Jason Margolis

I am the video producer for Simon Fraser University and a Storyhive documentary mentor. I spent six seasons as showrunner, supervising producer and writer on television’s popular geek entertainment series “EP Daily". My directing credits include several TV series, documentaries, short films and music videos, plus one feature film about dogs. After beginning my career as a picture editor, cutting away in dark rooms on MOWs and documentaries, I also became recognized as a screenplay story editor. I have taught screenwriting and production at many local film schools and colleges, and received my own professional training through UBC, SFU and the National Screen Institute – Canada.
