TELUS STORYHIVE has supported new and emerging content creators with production funding, training and mentorship since 2013 ‒ bringing hundreds of social purpose stories to life on TELUS Optik TV and around the world.

STORYHIVE Video Podcast
Your Mic, Your Platform.
It's finally here! We are launching the Video Podcast program, a brand new program for podcasters with an emphasis on incorporating video to elevate the audience experience. Get $12,000 in production funding and create an 8 episode video podcast series with community conversations, candid discussions and deep dives on the topics you are curious about. Whether you’re picking up a mic for the first time, or looking to gain the support and tools to take your podcast to the next level, this program is for you.

Your Passion, Your Community.
It’s the fourth season of STORYHIVE Voices! We are supporting new and emerging digital content creators with $10,000 in production funding, training and a community of support to create a 6 episode grassroots series that is reflective of your local community. From lifestyle shows to docuseries, we want to hear from you.

STORYHIVE Scripted Edition
Your Story, Your Narrative.
You asked. We listened! Our next STORYHIVE Edition is focused on all scripted genres! We are seeking new and emerging filmmakers to produce a locally reflective scripted film project with $20,000 in production funding, training and mentorship with the National Screen Institute. Create and share diverse and compelling short to mid-length fiction films or community TV pilots - from comedies to dramas and beyond.
