We join Bob and Nigel, two best friends in search of their life passion. Their stagnant lives have hit a plateau of numbness and through their friends they look for alternatives. The universe seems to have other plans for them though and they are thrown into turmoil at every corner.

Nigel's mom is a saucy, sarcastic woman who tries to push her son out of the house by supporting any excursions he may plan with his friends. Even though she wants Nigel out of the house she can't help but be a mother, making sure he is taken care of, making it that much harder to get him out.
Being the husband of Sandra and father to their daughter is a full-time job. But is this the job he really wants? Isn't he meant for more? His feet and his voice tell him he should be on Broadway. He struggles with sometimes feeling like he needs to "man up" but just doesn't feel that way all the time.

His self absorption tends to make him oblivious to whats happening around him and can get him in trouble, and usually does.
Wine tastes on a beer budget, That's Alexandra. What she can't afford she takes though because she always gets what she wants. Alexandra is the loudest at the party and boasts she is and has the best of everything.
Bob is the grounding force for everyone around him. He has everyone's back, especially his oldest friend Nigel. Being the glue that keeps everything together also means he sacrifices himself and he's starting to wish he had a little more "me" time.
Nigel's life is perfect, he's 39 years old still lives at home with his mom and play's video games on his console with a bag of chips in his lap. What else could a person ask for? Oh right, more bro time with his childhood friend Bob. Being the awkward, bumbling fool that he is, however, he tends to get Bob and himself in trouble more often than not.
The setting is big city/metropolis. Folks living in the city or suburbs will definitely relate to this more than the rural community. City life is much more hectic and claustrophobic at the same time giving our characters and viewers a sense of self discovery.
This story will focus on the life challenges that many 30-55 year olds may be facing today. Where am I with my career? what have I done with my life? Where do I go from here. These are questions we have all asked ourselves.
