Lionel Migrino

Lionel (he/him) is a Filipino Canadian storyteller with cerebral palsy whose intersecting identities shape his perspective. Through photography and storytelling, he amplifies marginalized voices and inspires action for justice. He is very passionate in mental health, anti-racism, decolonization, and disability justice, with a recent project highlighting the disability community. As a disabled Filipino Canadian, Lionel uses his lived experience to challenge societal norms and illuminate underrepresented stories. Through his art, Lionel fosters dialogue, empowers others to share their truths, and advocates for a more inclusive and equitable world.
