Hello my name is Chef Jonathan Frazier and I'm from the Comox Valley. Receiving my red seal from the Kingfisher Inn, I ventured across and traveled Vancouver Island and the Pacific north west before returning to the Comox Valley food scene in 2005, I became Head Chef at the Atlas Café, earning accolades like the Chamber of Commerce Top 40 under Forty (2012). I have been a member of the North Vancouver Island Chef’s Association since 2007, actively participates in local events and now I lead the kitchen at Locals Restaurant, showcasing the best of the Comox Valley. In 2012 I created and began with a friend The Edible Valley Podcast to talk with chefs, farmers and food producer to learn their stories.
