Hi. I've been cooking for about 22 years. I June 2011 I finished my apprenticeship and received my Journeyman Red Seal in Cooking. I've spent my career gaining experience from all kinds of kitchens. From neighborhood pubs to intimate fine dining. I've also enjoyed time working with seniors in retirement communities. My most rewarding work has been my time spent at Rosedale Hospice. I love teaching others about cooking and food as much as I love to learn. My specialty is in Italian food. I love Mexican, Japanese, French and Mediterranean cuisines as well. I've always wanted my own cooking show. Ever since I first saw Emeril. I definitely feel like I've gained the experience and skill to make a truly entertaining and informative show.
