A husband and wife team, we have had a YouTube channel since 2009 and created over 400 videos for it. Our videos focus on aspects of Indigenous culture and hunting. Wife is Treaty 8 Dene Tha and a residential school survivor, so has shared her experiences on that (and still has much more to say). She focuses on maintaining cultural practices like hunting, tanning moose hide, making mukluks, moccasins, beading and many other crafts. We have excellent, high-end equipment for recording and editing video; including a drone for aerial work. We have a trapline and cabin on Treaty 8 territory, located near Chipeywan Lake, which we record our activities on (also to carry on Dene culture). Have also completed the "Empowered Filmmaker program" in March of 2022 (sample link below).
