Joe Rule

Joe Rule is an emerging filmmaker, living in Vancouver. He studied documentary filmmaking at Capilano University from 2021-2022. Joe has experience in all corners of film production: directing, editing, writing and producing. He speaks fluent French and lived in Montreal for 2 years. Joe has an undying love for cinema, a passion that he evidently puts forward when making his own films (and on trivia night). He has a short documentary in production currently, and is also planning to direct a feature film in 2022.
