Jesse Gotfrit

I'm a writer, musician, and filmmaker, with experience in writing, directing, performing, as well as composing and producing music. I consider myself a storyteller first and prioritize narrative and character development emotional content in all of my work, no matter the medium. I completed two years of film production at Simon Fraser University before transferring to Concordia University and finishing a Fine Arts degree in Film Studies. In that time I have released two short films which have been screened at several Canadian festivals. I have also released three albums worth of music and continue to write and create and develop ideas for film, music, as well as creative writing. My professional goals are to continue garnering experience, support, and accreditation for my work.
