Dawn van de Schoot

I hold a BA in Drama from the University  of Toronto and an MFA in Theatre Studies  from the University of Calgary. I have continued my skill development through ongoing classes and training- I'm also currently a student of the Pro Actors Lab method with my coach Glen Gaston and Mr. David Rotenberg himself. My focus on new play development and collaborative creation has been the impetus for my writing, including multiple award-winning works for the stage. I've recently turned my attention to writing screenplays and have been the recipient of the Harold Greenberg Fund for the development of the screenplay “The Side of the Road” with Asvoria media.
