Rose Cortez

My name is Rose and I'm passionate about my life long works in Yoga, Theatre Arts & Poetry Projects. For 16 years, I've dedicated my path to mastery in Yoga, Arts-based Asian and Indigenous cultures, travelling, and observing details to bloom everyday. I have been nominated for Dora Mavor Moore Award for an Outstanding Performance in Toronto. I have been teaching Yoga in B.C., Canada for over a decade and I continue to learn from its awe supernatural wonders. As a Yoga Teacher, I bow in humility and grace on this beautiful Island with gratitude, honour and respect for the Lekwungen Peoples. I am grateful to create, work, live and teach on your lands.
