Video is a powerful tool to share knowledge and to present services to the world. As a professional hypnotist I have used online video conferencing, recorded video, and social media to engage with people in many countries around the world. Stress and Anxiety are serious public health issues which is the focus of my practice... "A recent study by the Canadian Mental Health Association, documents that 77% of Canadians reported feeling symptoms of anxiety and/or depression in the previous month, with 40% reporting symptoms that were classified as moderate to severe." My goal is to educate and provide assistance to those who suffer from anxiety on the use of Hypnotherapy and Meditation techniques.
