Derek Edenshaw

I have been a student of Haida culture during an amazing rebirth of song dance and art. This provided the foundation for a life of learning various mediums to express myself and my communities messages. I have went to school for filmmaking , graphic design , web development and Northwest Coast art and jewlery making . Over the years I have produced hundreds of projects , from full albums , mixtapes , sculptures , paintings ,murals , traditional reglia , urban clothing and multiple events. I have also worked for over a decade as a youth outreach worker in Vancouver East Side. I truly believe that artists have a power that should not be taken for granted or misused.
